Ardmore distillery

Highlands
With their landscapes, high mountains, abundant lakes and all the islands off the coast, the Highlands are one of the most varied and spectacular regions in Scotland.
Whiskies from the Highlands are generally more sustained and stronger than those from Speyside. They have very varied tastes according to the place of production. Lightly peated and coastal flavours in the north, malty and fruity in the south.

Notes de dégustation

Color: White wine
Nose: The farmer peat clearly dominates and is flanked by vanilla malt. It is a very present and well peaty nose.
Palate: Notes of vanilla, sweet straw, honey and malt. The farmer peat is always present but settled down by the intake of water during the reduction of whisky.
Finish: The finish is medium. A vanilla smoke comes back into the nostrils. Some sweet spices tingle the tongue.
